Ingredients:
Yield ane serving
80g Linguine or whatsoever pasta of your choice
80g Crab Meat
2 Salted Egg Yolk
2 cloves Garlic, chopped/ sliced
100ml Cooking Cream
120 ml Chicken Broth
1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
20g butter
Some Olive Oil for cooking
Some Pepper together with Salt, add together to taste

Method:
1. Steamed salted egg yolk for fifteen minutes. Mashed together with laid aside.
I used San Remo Linguine inwards this recipe. |
2. Cook linguine according to the parcel instruction. Set aside.

3. In a skillet, estrus roughly olive oil, add together inwards garlic, nestling until fragrant. Add inwards crab meat, flavor alongside pepper together with salt, when it's most to ready through, stir inwards 5g butter.
4. When the crab meat turned white, it's fully cooked, take from heat. Set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add together inwards 15g butter, stir inwards salted egg, mix well.
5. When the salted egg mixture started to bubble, add together inwards flour, stir to mix well.
6. Add inwards cooking cream together with chicken broth, convey to a boil.
7. Season alongside tabular array salt together with pepper, add together inwards cooked linguine together with crab meat.
8. Stir to mix well, when the sauce is thicken, take from estrus together with serve warm.
