Ahi Poke Napoleon

What is Ahi Poke?  It's a raw (sushi grade) tuna salad served equally an appetizer.   I ordered this appetizer at Tommy Bahama Restaurant inward Florida, it was in addition to hence good!  I wanted to travail in addition to larn inward at domicile in addition to was in addition to hence excited to discovery the recipe on Tommy Bahama's website.  Check it out here, and I too came across a youtube video, here.  So at 1 time that I had the recipe, I went shopping for the ahi tuna.  I tried Whole Foods first.  The seafood guy was in addition to hence prissy in addition to helpful.  I didn't actually know what I was looking for but told him what I was making.  He allow me know that I needed sushi bird tuna in addition to where I could larn it (Seafood Center) equally they didn't accept whatever at the moment.  He did nation that he tin plough over notice ever larn it inward if he had a span days notice.  

  We went to the Seafood Center in addition to they had a beautiful slice of ahi tuna.  It's pricey, $34.99 per lb but yous alone require 1/2 lbs for 8 servings.  I got 1/4 lb in addition to made 2 generous portions but for an appetizer size, it would brand four servings.

So FRESH!
