Chicken & Chorizo Braised inwards Cider

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1kg/2.20 lbs chicken thighs
225g/8 oz chorizo, diced
2 medium onions, peeled & finely chopped
2 tbsp evidently flour
500ml/17 fl oz dry out cider
150 ml/ ¼ pint chicken stock
1 heaped tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt & freshly soil pepper
3 tbsp double cream
Seasonal vegetables to serve

Method

1.  Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5.

2.  Heat the stone oil inwards a large oven proof frying pan or wok, add together the chicken as well as tyke for 10-12 minutes often turning until evenly browned.  Remove the chicken amongst a slotted spoon as well as laid aside.

3.  Add the chorizo as well as onions to the remaining stone oil as well as gear upwards for five minutes or until softened.  Sprinkle inwards the flour as well as stir until fully coated.
