Sausage & Chorizo Goulash

Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
15g butter
700g beef sausages, chopped
225g chorizo, chopped
2 onions, peeled & finely sliced
2 garlic cloves, peeled & finely chopped
2 tbsp evidently flour
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 crimson chillies, finely chopped
1 crimson pepper, finely sliced
200ml beef stock
Small handful fresh parsley, chopped
175g soured cream
To serve

Method
1. In a large pan estrus the stone oil as well as butter as well as shaver the sausages as well as chorizo for 5-7 minutes or until browned all over.
2. Remove the sausages as well as chorizo from the pan as well as laid aside. Now add together the onions as well as garlic to the pan as well as laid upward for 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir inward the flour as well as laid upward for two minutes.
3. Add the paprika, chillies as well as pepper as well as stir until it is fully combined. Gradually pour inward the beef stock as well as provide the sausage as well as chorizo to the pan. Cover as well as gently simmer for thirty minutes.
4. Stir inward the sour cream as well as parsley until fully combined.
5. Serve alongside long grain rice, a sprinkle of parsley as well as a dollop of sour cream – enjoy!
