Thin Crust Grilled Garden Vegetable Pizza amongst Pepper Jack Cheese
Ingredients:
1 modest yellowish squash, ends removed, sliced thin
1 medium zucchini, ends removed, sliced thin
1/2 ruby-red onion, sliced thin
1 yellowish pepper, seeds & orbit removed, sliced inwards sparse strips
1 ruby-red pepper, seeds & orbit removed, sliced inwards sparse strips
2 C shredded pepper jack cheese
1 C whole mushrooms, sliced amongst stalk
1 packet refrigerated sparse crust pizza dough
garlic powder
1/4 C EVOO, summation to a greater extent than for drizzling
1/4 C butter, melted
Italian seasoning
salt & pepper
Directions:
Get your grill going. Warm upwardly to medium heat. Combine EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) too butter inwards a large bowl. Throw inwards all the veggies too stir around until they're all coated. Salt too pepper to taste, too add together inwards a fight of garlic powder.
Working inwards several batches, grill the vegetables straight on the grill until heated through, too slightly charred. I started amongst the zucchini too squash, too thus headed onto the smaller sliced veggies. Cover veggies to come about warm.
