INGREDIENTS
2 medium sized roughly chopped onion
4 medium sized roughly chopped tomatoes

1/2 inch finely chopped ginger 
9-10 cashews
2 tbsp butter
3/4 loving cup water  
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp beloved or sugar
1 tsp coriander pulverisation (dhaniya powder) 
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp turmeric pulverisation
some crushed kasuri meethi
salt as well as cherry chili to taste
9-10 medium sized cauliflower florets 
2 medium sized carrots
1 large or ii medium sized potatoes
1/2 loving cup paneer 
1/2 loving cup peas
9-10 beans 
2-3 tsp stone oil for saute
oil for frying

METHOD
1. Heat stone oil inwards kadai or wok, deep fry potatoes, proceed aside.

2. Fry cauliflower as well as beans as well as proceed aside.

3. For 1 whistle trace per unit of measurement area gear upward carrot as well as peas. If non done hand 1 to a greater extent than whistle.

4. After frying proceed all the vegetables covered for sometime, this volition soften the veggies.

5. In a pan, add together chopped onions, tomatoes, bay leaves, cloves, peppercorns, garlic, ginger, cashews, butter as well as water. Let it simmer on medium to depression estrus till cashews are tender as well as soft as well as H2O is absorbed.

 14. Add to a greater extent than or less crushed kasuri meethi.














15. Add to a greater extent than or less freshly chopped coriander leaves.



 























16. Serve hot.
