Berry Spinach Salad with 

Strawberry Lime Vinaigrette

makes vi servings

ingredients:

infant spinach together with kale greens
blackberries
strawberries, sliced
1/4 reddish onion, thinly sliced
v slices bacon, cooked until crisp, crumbled

feta cheese

dressing:
1/2 C chopped strawberries
1/4 C lime juice
1/4 C olive oil
1 T poppy seeds
1 T agave nectar or honey

method:
