Happy Memorial Day dearest friends! We innovation on celebrating today alongside what our dearest country's brave soldiers fought (and are nevertheless fighting) for: 

family together with freedom.

While we're all out celebrating inwards remembrance alongside our families today, I idea it would live fun to part this tardily no-bake recipe for you lot to brand after (because sky knows, you likely already pick out it all planned equally to what you're bringing to the BBQ's today!)

H5N1 spell back, I made these Dark Chocolate Raspberry Walnut Cake Bars. We loved them hence much, together with actually no changes needed to live made to the recipe. It was perfect. Then I had this freaky dream most flip-flipping the flavors around! That's when these were created - I switched the black to white chocolate, switched the angel nutrient cake to brownie bites, tossed inwards a bunch of nuts, together with topped it all alongside closed to beautiful fresh raspberries. It was such a hit, together with makes me wonder what other recipes we've made that tin live flip-flopped too :)

White Chocolate Raspberry Nut Bars 
makes i 8x8 pan

ingredients:

11oz white chocolate chips

1 C unsalted butter, almost completely melted

ii T corn syrup

three C mini brownie bites (bakery section), chilled

1 C chopped macadamia or walnuts

1 C whole raspberries

ii T silvered almonds 

1/4 C semi sweetness chocolate, melted

method:

1. Prep 8x8 pan: trouble alongside plastic wrap, leaving most an inch overhang over each side. Set aside. 

2. Over a simmering saucepan of water, identify a heat-proof bowl over run yesteryear alongside chocolate, butter, together with corn syrup within the bowl. Stir ingredients together equally they melt together. Once completely melted. Pull off the estrus together with laid aside 1/3 C of the mixture. 

3. Add chilled & cubed brownie bits together with macadamia nuts into melted chocolate mixture, together with crimp to combine. Spread into prepared 8x8 pan. Flatten alongside a spatula, hence pour the reserved melted chocolate over run yesteryear everything. Spread flat. Immediately sprinkle alongside almonds together with raspberries. Drizzle alongside melted semi sweetness chocolate. 

4. Cover alongside a lid or plastic wrap, together with allow chill inwards the refrigerator until black chocolate is hard.
