It's random weekend. I opened upward the refrigerator too cooked Swiss Rosti for weekend lunch.


Upon Max request, I bought Swiss Rosti 2 days agone at Plaza Singapura. It comes inward a promo cost of S$10 for 2 pack. And I idea it was okay, since Max wanted to swallow it. And I walked to Carrefour too see a pack of his favorite Smoked Brats to become along with.

This is non the 1st fourth dimension I purchase this pre-packed Swiss Rosti. I bought it once, few years ago. And I cooked it for my niece. They actually mad lovin' it. I actually produce accept to acknowledge that I dearest it alot too. But I stopped buying it, because I felt that they are simply potatoes. Method

• Empty the pack of Swiss Rosti on a 24cm non-stick pan, nether medium heat. No postulate to add together oil. The Rosti itself is oily. 
• Gently press the shredded potatoes to kinda loosen it. 
• Fry it at each side for vii to 8 mins till browned. 

•  In or too hence other pan, I pan-fry the brats, chopped or too hence coriander & bound onions to become along amongst my Rosti.

It's easy!

Soft inside, crispy outside... And it's actually beautiful!

I wishing I accept or too hence sour cream at home. It volition hold upward fifty-fifty to a greater extent than perfect!
