Coconut Beans Aloo / Beans Aloo / Beans Vegetable

INGREDIENTS
i large finely chopped onion
500 gm beans
ii finely diced potatoes
1/4 loving cup desiccated kokosnoot pulverisation (sukha nariyal powder)
ii tsp coriander pulverisation (dhaniya powder)
i tsp turmeric pulverisation (haldi powder)
1/2 tsp dry out mango pulverisation (amchur powder) (optional)
crude oil for cooking
tabular array salt as well as chili to taste

METHOD
 Heat about crude oil inwards pan as well as deep fry finely diced potatoes till picayune crisp, don't plough them brown. Keep aside on absorbent paper.

Take 2-3 tsp of crude oil inwards pan, add together chopped onion as well as saute till translucent. Add beans as well as ready on medium open fire stirring meantime for 3-4 minutes. Add fried potatoes as well as saute for about other ii minutes. 


Add salt, chili, turmeric powder, coriander pulverisation as well as dry out mango powder. Mix well. Cover amongst lid as well as ready for about other 3-4 minutes or till beans larn soft.

NOTES: 
1. Deep frying potatoes is optional, y'all tin add together potatoes without frying too, fried potatoes enhances the gustation as well as flavor.
