There are many dissimilar kinds of torshi. This pickled vegetable is a combination of fresh vegetables, dried herbs, spices too vinegar.

Torshi Makhloot - Mixed Vegetable Pickle

Ingredients:

iii large carrots, washed, peeled, lightly steamed, finely chopped or shredded
iii medium reddish or white onions, peeled too finely diced
ii medium eggplant, peeled too diced
ii large cucumbers, peeled too finely chopped
ii greenish bell peppers, washed, cleaned too diced
ane pocket-sized cauliflower, washed, finely chopped
ane pocket-sized caput of celery, washed too finely chopped
1/2 loving cup shredded white cabbage

ii reddish hot peppers, dried or fresh, chopped
ii teaspoons turmeric powder

5-7 cups white vinegar

Method:
  1. Salt the eggplants too either bake them inwards a preheated 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 25- xxx minutes or gear upwardly them alongside 1/2 loving cup of vinegar over medium-low oestrus for fifteen minutes. Set aside to cool.
